Annual price per employee for access to the certification system. It covers operations, updates, AI, TSP signing, maintenance and support. Certificates earned by each employee are personal competence records — not company property — and can be carried forward, shared and used as evidence in future job applications. The same rate applies to everyone, regardless of company size.

One rate, the same for everyone. You pay per employee who needs access, and the year runs twelve months from the day that employee is assigned. Add people whenever you need to — the price per head is identical whether you are three or three thousand.

TSP evidence

TSP is an open cryptographic trust layer — similar to HTTPS, but for documents and competence evidence. The certificate is sealed with an Ed25519 signature, SHA-256 hash and an independent timestamp, binding the person, course version, requirements and result together. An auditor or employer can verify the evidence with the public key, including offline, and detect if a single detail has changed. Because the protocol is open and vendor-independent, others can build their own verification tools: the evidence is not merely Lexico's claim and does not lock the customer to one platform.
