1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, signing in or using Lexico Academy, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation.

2. The service

Lexico Academy is a learning platform for compliance, AI literacy, Trust Standard Protocol and relevant regulatory frameworks.

  • Short, role-based learning tracks for employees, leaders and specialists.
  • Progress tracking, quizzes and certificates connected to completed training.
  • TSP-signed evidence where the feature is enabled.
  • Administration features for organisations, roles, users and reporting.

3. Accounts and access

You are responsible for your account and for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate.

  • You must keep passwords and sign-in information confidential.
  • You must not share your account with others or grant unauthorised access.
  • Organisations are responsible for managing their own users, roles and access rights.
  • We may suspend access in case of security risk, misuse or breach of these terms.

4. Training and certificates

Training content is provided for learning and documentation. It does not replace legal, audit or professional advice tailored to your organisation.

Certificates and evidence are issued when learning track requirements are met. Verifiable evidence documents completion, but is not by itself a guarantee of compliance.

5. Payment

Prices, subscriptions, pilot agreements and business agreements are stated in the applicable offer or contract. Where payment is handled by a third party, Lexico Academy does not store full card details. Any cancellation rights, refunds and termination follow applicable law and the agreement governing the purchase.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use the service in a way that harms the platform, other users or third parties.

  • Attempt to bypass security, access control, progress tracking or certificate controls.
  • Upload malicious code, spam, unlawful content or material you are not entitled to use.
  • Misuse AI features, automation or APIs in a way that overloads or disrupts the service.
  • Manipulate quizzes, progress, certificates or TSP evidence.

7. AI and third-party services

Some features may use AI models, payment providers, email providers, hosting or other third-party services. AI-generated suggestions must always be reviewed by humans before being used as a basis for decisions. Processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy.

8. Intellectual property

Lexico Academy, training content, design, texts, exercises and platform features belong to LexiCo AS or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable right to use the content in accordance with these terms and the applicable agreement.

9. Changes and availability

We may improve, change or remove features when necessary for security, operations, regulatory changes or product development. We aim for stable operations, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

10. Liability

Lexico Academy is provided as a training and documentation service. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost data or decisions made without independent professional assessment, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

11. Termination and deletion

You may close your account or request deletion in accordance with the privacy policy. Organisations may manage their own users in the admin panel. Some data may be retained as long as necessary for security, accounting, documentation or legal claims.

12. Law and contact

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes should be resolved amicably. Questions about the terms may be sent to LexiCo AS.
