TNFD (Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures) is the framework for assessing and reporting nature-related risks, dependencies and impacts. Voluntary globally, but being integrated into ESRS/CSRD and expected in capital markets.

LEAP approach: Locate, Evaluate, Assess, Prepare
Identify nature dependencies and impacts in value chain
Report risks and opportunities in financial filings
Set targets for nature-positive practice
Map to ESRS E4 if CSRD-subject
