For auditors, DPOs, CISOs and supervisors: independent offline verification, the Seal layer's anchoring/qualified time/register, threat model and leaderboard.
The expert track in the TSP track, aimed at auditors, data protection officers (DPOs), CISOs and supervisory staff who must scrutinise others' AI evidence. You learn to carry out independent offline verification and write a precise verification report — including what the verification does not mean. We go deep on the Seal layer: anchoring with a Merkle root to the Evidence ledger, qualified timestamps under eIDAS Art. 42 (RFC 3161 via an accredited QTSP under Nkom supervision) and the register as a public backstop following the Certificate Transparency model ("in design"). Finally: the threat model — forgery attacks and countermeasures — and the leaderboard metrics (Verifiability 0.40 / Coverage 0.35 / Human oversight 0.25) and levels, plus the privacy principle "Commit, don't expose". Seal and the register are pilot; the track is honest about status. Requires completed TSP Pro.
