Lessons and progress

How a certification is structured

Every certification consists of modules, and every module of lessons. You work through the lessons in order, and your progress is saved continuously.

Start a lesson

1. Open the certification from My certifications
2. Select the module you are working on
3. Click the lesson you want to take

While you work

• Text lessons are read in the main area of the page
• Video lessons record how far you have watched, so you can continue where you left off
• You can move back and forth between lessons you have already opened

Complete a lesson

1. Work through the content
2. Click "Complete lesson" at the bottom
3. The next lesson opens

If the lesson has a quiz, you must pass it before the lesson counts as completed.

Progress

• Progress is shown as a percentage on the certification
• Completed lessons are marked in the module list
• When every lesson is completed, the certification is set to completed

Worth knowing

• You must be enrolled in the certification to open its lessons
• Progress is stored per user — it follows you across devices
• The certificate is issued only when the whole certification is completed
